NWAM utilizes high quality tinned copper wire that exceeds ABYC standards including high temperature, oil and moisture resistance and strand count for maximum flexibility. All connections and terminations in high moisture locations are sealed to prevent intrusion of corrosive elements. All materials and components also meet strict RoHS compliance directives as required for many government applications.

NWAM uses AutoCAD as their primary software platform.

• ASSEMBLY METHODS
Harnesses and panels are assembled by hand using calibrated tools and equipment. Detailed assembly procedures and quality assurance methods are utilized throughout our process. Delivering flawless, high quality products to our customers is NWAM's commitment. All of our products are manufactured at our facilities in Eastern Washington.

• QUALITY SYSTEMS
NWAM employs strict quality assurance procedures from incoming raw materials
inspections through final inspection, and
includes material traceability. Our state-of-the-art testing equipment is capable of testing polarized continuity, embedded discrete electronic components and multi-state switching components.
